Experts say you should meditate more, but you should do THIS instead

These days there are a 1000 messages coming at you about all the things you should be doing better.

You should be:

– Meditating twice a day
– Doing yoga and exercise
– Eating healthy
– Getting rid of old stuff
– Getting out of debt
– Investing your money effectively
– Colour coordinating your sock drawer
– Learn to love yourself

Each expert has something else to ADD to your to do list and it gets longer and longer until you’re in complete overwhelm.

The good news is, that all changes now.

Bryn was 24 the first time she burnt out. She was working with youth in custody and their stories were breaking her heart and so eventually she quit. She moved to a yoga retreat and study centre for 2 years to put her life back together.
