Covid Related Anxiety (and What Can Help)

My anxiety has been up and down since realizing the impact of the pandemic.

I’m touched by our community as we take the necessary precautions, socially isolate and cancel events to flatten the curve as much as possible.

I wanted to do something that will help support your mental health and bring us together virtually.

I’m facilitating the COVID-Anxiety Sharing Circle for Female-Identified and NB Entrepreneurs on Saturday at 1:30 pm EST. Please come.

It’s a way to:

    • connect with others in similar situations
    • get some of your needs for social connection met
    • reduce some of the stress you’re feeling

If you’re interested in this sharing circle register here.

And there’s more!

I have a free anxiety training for you!

Anxiety is something I’ve dealt with for years so I wanted to share an exercise that’s really helped me.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed this will help you start to digest and move through the anxiety so you can feel more grounded as you navigate through this challenging time.

Get it here.

Leave a reply and let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help!

Let’s take care of each other through this.

Take good care,
Bryn
