Ep #67 – Introvert Holiday Survival Guide

During the holidays there are so many events and gatherings to attend. For extroverts, that’s no problem. But for those of us who are introverted, it can be an absolute nightmare, because we lose our alone time to recharge.

And let’s not forget that our families can trigger us like no one else and often the holidays involve time with family.

So what can you do to protect yourself this holiday season? Listen to Ep #67 of the Trauma Informed Witch Podcast podcast to learn more.
