Invisible Workload of Women

And all of these tasks are unpaid and so many folks socialized as women feel like you’re “not contributing financially.”

But house management, for example, costs $100k+/year. And if you add up all the unpaid tasks you’re doing it’s likely that you’re contributing more financially than your spouse.

But the patriarchy has trained us to think of all of this work as what you do but not valued as financial contribution.

And so to start healing this fucked up conditioning, I’ve created the Somatics to Heal the Patriarchy Free Workshop.

In this workshop you’ll learn:

      • Techniques to release the emotions and patriarchal trauma from your body
      • And you’ll learn how to use these techniques with your clients as well

You can take this workshop purely for your own learning or to use these techniques with your clients :)!

Hmu if you have any questions!

Deets and sign up here.

LOVEEEEE,

Bryn

PSS When you take the Advanced Somatics Certification, you’ll also get certified in Feminist Somatics.

You’ll have a full module on:

      • Somatics to Heal Patriarchy
      • And another one on Diversity Equity Inclusion (DEI) Informed Somatics co-taught by a guest teacher DEI Expert

So, you’ll be able to use somatics to help your clients on even deeper levels and to fucking destroy patriarchal trauma while you’re at it.

YOU’RE GOING TO FUCKING LOVE ITTTTT!!
