If I knew a way to evade shame, other than getting black out drunk every single minute of every day, I’d share it with you for sure.
A part of me wishes I could avoid all shame forever but that’s not an option.
So instead, I look forward to feeling shame and processing it through.
I’m ambitious af, which means I’m headed for even more public fails and shame.
So I love myself fiercely as I make mistakes, learn and grow.
Instead of resisting the shame, I look forward to feeling and processing it.
And the feeling of freshly processed shame, is one of the best feelings in the world.
