This workshop will help you to address the source of your stress so you can connect to the gifts and talents you’re meant to share with the world.
In this workshop we will:
– Address the ROOT of your stress
– Use intuition to make difficult decisions
– Connect to your gifts through body-centred practices
And, don’t worry, I won’t be telling you to meditate more!! I love to meditation but overcoming burnout involves taking things off your plate, not just putting more things on.
This workshop uses body-centred practices to reduce stress and connect to your particular kind of brilliance.

Bryn Bamber, Career Burnout Coach
Bryn was 24 the first time she burnt out. She was working with youth in custody and their stories were breaking her heart and so eventually she quit. She moved to a yoga retreat and study centre for 2 years to put her life back together.
