NEVER ASK FOR HELP
This used to be me. I’d rarely ask and I’d try to do everything myself. My friendships suffered because ppl wanted to help but I wouldn’t let them.
BEGGING
The only time I’d ask for help was when I was COMPLETELY fucked. Like if I we had a fever and was exhausted, Or asking a parent to borrow money when I was already in a bunch of debt
DEMAND
My begging had some demand energy because I’d be so desperate.
Other ppl demand in an over bearing way.
My way was (and sometimes still is) a victim-y desperate way.
GENUINE ASK
This is when you’re 100% willing to be rejected ♥️
This is my goal. It feels very vulnerable and scary at times.
And this is what builds amazing friendships because you can say NO or genuinely or help from a place of LOVE ♥️♥️♥️
And you can too.
