Last I checked my business generated $55,635 CDN in the previous 12 months and is growing every month.
Here’s what’s working:
- Not Quitting
I’ve had multiple ZERO dollar launches, so many sales conversations gone wrong, mistakes, and failures.
I’ve had moments where I wanted to hide under the covers and never show up on social media again.
Shame spirals and pity parties. And sometimes it took me days or even months to recover. But I didn’t quit, I kept going.
- The Vision
What’s stopped me from quitting? My vision to support others on their healing journeys.
Core Energetics completely changed my life. I went from anxious 90% of the time, dating all the wrong people and feeling like something was broken inside me to feeling confident, dating an amazing guy, and growing an ethical spiritual business.
So I’m PASSIONATE about people finding Core and their own healing journey.
That’s why I’m willing to still post even after an epic failure. That’s why I’m willing to do things that feel terrifying, like talk about my business income publicly.
I know that working with me can change people’s lives. So I’m willing to keep going.

- Healthy Boundaries
When I wasn’t boundaried I’d attend a week-long family event and not honour my needs as an introvert. Then I’d come home from my “vacation” feeling EXHAUSTED.
Or I’d give 110% helping others with their problems, but wouldn’t give 110% to myself.
If you were socialized as a woman, you’re probably doing this too.
Maybe you’re always planning the family birthday parties or helping your partner with all their emotional issues.
Healthy boundaries are not about NEVER helping anyone again but saying no when you intuitively don’t want to help.
As I built boundaries, I had more and more energy to pour into my business.
So start listening to your intuition. And if it’s a no, practice saying, “I’m not able to this week.”
- Intuitive Investing
At first, I tried to learn everything by taking all the free trainings and patching it all together. That kind of worked but not really.
Then I hired a coach to SAVE ME because I was scared I was a terrible business person. That didn’t really work either.
But when I found a coach or a leader that I was obsessed with and I LOVED their energy and I invested with them, things in my business really started to grow.
I don’t regret any of it. I learned from the free stuff and from the coach I wanted to save me. But I’ve had the most life-changing experiences with the people who I had an intuitive connection to.
