Dentist Anxiety…

I tried to consciously unclench my butt but it wasn’t happening.

I tried several breathing methods… no progress…

      • close your eyes
      • then smile ever so slightly just with your eyes

And things started to release. I finally took a full breath in… and out… and I could relax a little bit even as the hygienist stabbed at my gums.
