I’m super jealous. I unfollowed every other coach, somatic practitioner and healer on IG because seeing other ppl succeed makes me mad.
Everyone has this jealous, greedy, rage-y part.
Because the species who were super peaceful when someone tried to kill their family went extinct.
And the species that were never greedy, during the drought, starved to death.
Yet most ppl pretend they don’t have a murderous rage inside their heart.
If you’re alive today, your ancestors had it and you have it. Nothing has gone wrong, it’s just part of being a mammal.
The point is not to let my jealous rage control my life, but to un-shame it.
Healing comes when you accept and process these feelings through your body using any kind of movement:

- a walk
- dancing
- wall sits or
- yoga.

Whatever you like.
After you process it you can access the Higher Self anger and the Higher Self desires that are hidden underneath.

When you deny rage, you deny the higher self anger that sets boundaries and protects your energy.
