Spirit of Launch: On an energetic level you’re creating an energy orb and inviting ppl in and they can say yes or no.

The purpose of this orb is destabilizing the patriarchy by using feminist somatic tools to heal participants and then teaching them to use these tools with their clients.
And the healing ripples out…
Makes cracks in the patriarchy’s foundation…

Before I found a sacred entry point to some of the business-y parts of my life, I spent a lot of time avoiding shit I need to do…
Or doing it half-heartedly and not that effectively.
But things got SO MUCH EASIER when I brought my spirituality in.
When I lived at Yasodhara Ashram, which is in the Sivananda lineage, for 2 years, I learned this tool called Dialoguing.
In dialoguing you choose a God or Goddess from the yogic tradition to talk to and then you journal a convo back and forth.
So I continue to do that with Krishna or Tara. Or with new spiritual entities like the Spirit of My Launch.
At Yasodhara Ashram the temple has 8 doors because the belief is that all religions lead to the Light.
So I encourage my clients to do it with whatever God or spiritual entity they already have a relationship with.
So if you are a deeply spiritual person and hate doing your taxes or applying for jobs or figuring out how to use the new funnel software you bought, ask for spiritual support from god or nature or spiritual entity you connect with.

Spirit of My Launch: Whether ppl join or not you get to practice conjuring the orb and inviting ppl into the orb. This is the orb you’re meant to conjure. And no matter what happens your conjuring skills are going to improve…

Spirit of my Launch: it starts with the ball of energy in your belly/pelvis. Conjure the flow of energy there… and then when you’re holding that ball of energy in your own pelvis ask what me actions to take…
B: what do I do with the stupid FB group?
SOL: lol grumpy… the FB group is part of the energetic orb… it’s a part of mobilizing this feminist somatic healing orb. It’s a safe place for ppl to talk about questions from the free workshops in a private space.
Maybe do a “watch party” for one of the workshops. Stream it? Launch it? And then make space for questions, thoughts etc.
You can close it after the launch or keep it open… trust how you feel…
B: and all the social media and newsletters and everything?
SOL: they’re all about buoying this energy orb of feminist somatic healing. you’ve created the free 3 somatics to heal patriarchy workshops so those are definitely orbs in and of themselves. so part of this is really encouraging folks to dip into those orbs… and then if they’re feeling drawn to invite them to the certification. But those are the key energy orbs…
And then social media is kinda mini orbs to invite folks into the free workshop orbs…
Breadcrummy orbs that lead to the bigger orbs that lead to the ultimate orb of the certification…
So all the time you’re conjuring this energy and blessing ppl with it and if they want more, they’ll find their way…

SOL: yes and way more fun than a fucking funnel.

SOL: not right now. maybe after the launch if you do it in a week and use all the writing you’ve been writing for the past 10 years..

B: okay what about the dates and times?? weekday or week night??
SOL: week nights seem to have higher attendance so far so maybe stick with that… most of your ppl are in north america… but really there’s no right answer… the date and time don’t matter as much as the quality of the orb. If ppl really are drawn they can usually move things around to make the orb work… don’t stress…
B: okay but should I do it on Mondays or on Wednesdays…
SOL: maybe do Mondays and then if it feels right at certain moments you can combine the groups and do double the time and create more community…
B: can I do two hours in a row?
SOL: of course you can… and the evenings already ruined lol.
B: there’s bachata on mondays in missasauga or something…
SOL: okay you can go after if you want to but missasauga is also farrr so maybe you don’t wanna go anyways…

B: okay so it’s not a circle of chairs in the forest, it’s literally an orb that’s yellow-y gold-y light in the darkness.
SOL: mhmmmm… ripple, ripple… so your job next week is to keep connected to your orb in your belly/pelvis and then act from there. and the launch itself is a healing transmission… so even if no one joins the ripple is still going to ripple

SOL: so weds, thurs, fri debut the 3 workshops in the private FB group. be there live to answer questions etc. and do free coaching. tend to the orb, stoke the fire aka conjure energetic space, make invitations.
