I think i’m quitting instagram…

And I’m kinda excited…

As I get to know myself better, I’m learning that I don’t like admin work or even managing a team member to do that repurposing admin work to:

      • FB
      • TikTok
      • my blog
      • my trauma healing love letter list
      • and Instagram…

So I think I’m going to quit Instagram… at least for now..

I’m not planning on deleting it (at least not yet) but I’m going to be posting less… maybe not at all…

I love the community I’ve built on IG and so I’m sad to be leaving you, if you’re part of my ppl there ❤.

Please follow me on FB, Tiktok or on my trauma healing love letter list because those places are about to get even more loveee too 🙂.

I feel a little shocked at this decision myself, especially since so many ppl in the self help/mental health space LOVEEE IG.

Here’s to taking risks and trying things you’d never thought you’d do!
