And I definitely would have wanted to invest in it… to keep it a few years longer..

I didn’t know you were supposed to get the undercarriage sprayed with rust proofing every year to get it through the Canadian winters.
I didn’t know that even a little bit of rust is a problem. That rust is the cancer of the car so the sooner you get it treated you, you stop the spread…
I wish he had sold me hard… but he didn’t sell me on rust proofing at all.
The structural frame completely rusted out. And my car died.

Or take a boxing class and pretend you’re powing someone in the face.
After you’ll feel better.
And then the suppressed anger won’t:
– pop out when you don’t want it to
– or crystallize within you and cause both emotional and physical health issues
