7 Days of Silence

 

– Do you avoid conflict?

– Do you have a fear of hurting others?

– Do you have trouble asking for help in fear of being rejected or saying no in fear of rejecting others?

– Are you scared of what will happen if you bring up your negative feelings?

If you answer yes to even one of these questions, then this Radical Aliveness and Core Energetics workshop is for you. We’re creating a safe and sacred space for you to explore conflict and begin to get more comfortable with it.

In this workshop you’ll:

– Explore your how conflict impacted you as a child
– Release tension that’s been created by suppressed anger
– Overcome your fear of rejection
– Take small risks to explore conflict

There is a wisdom in your anger. Sometimes a boundary has been violated and it’s important for you to say no. Other times it’s a clue about something that happened in your past and still needs healing.

Healthy conflict is a part of building deep and intimate relationships. When you’re able to engage conflict in healthy ways, you can then bring all of yourself into the relationship and learn from the mistakes and grow from them.

Richard Kwan, Radical Aliveness Practitioner

Richard Kwan is a Radical Aliveness and Chinese Medicine Practitioner, Educator, Martial Artist, Taiji Qigong Instructor and Dancer. His passion is in conscious evolution and soul healing practices.

Bryn Bamber, Emotional Body Work Facilitator

Bryn lived for years as a sensitive perfectionist with anxiety coursing through my veins and through Core Energetics sessions she began to find the root cause of why she’s so anxious and take steps to drastically reduce my suffering.

This work made such a big impact on her life, she decided to go back to school and get certified because she knows that it works and she absolutely loves sharing it with others. Core Energetics brings together the experiences of your childhood with the wisdom of your mind to facilitate the healing process.

Her other training includes CranioSacral, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini & Dreams Teacher. Her writing about the path to healing has been featured on Tiny Buddha, Introvert, Dear and the Yasodhara Ashram Blog.
