Ep #10 – How to Say No to Your Family

Saying no to your family members can be incredibly difficult, especially if you have a pattern of staying quiet or not objecting even when you disagree. This episode walks you through the baby steps of building up your “NO” muscle slowly so that you can eventually start to bring your no more fully to your family and so you can be happier when you’re around them. When you don’t say no, it creates resentment which ultimately isn’t good for anybody. Learning to say no will actually help you to love your family more, because you’re not betraying what you need when you’re around them.
