Ep #27 – Healing Pandemic Anxiety

You’re navigating a collective trauma and you’ve never done this before. You don’t know how to do it, none of us really do, and it can bring up a lot of anxiety. This makes sense given the circumstances.

In this week’s podcast episode, you’ll be lead through an exercise that helps you to begin to heal your anxiety. Some of the anxiety you’re feeling about the pandemic is triggering older inner child anxieties and this episode will help you begin to heal them so you feel calmer.

As you begin to heal and release old anxieties, you’ll be able to better face and handle the challenges that are in front of you today better.
