What are you proud of?

I’ll go first.

Yesterday I’m proud that I drove safely to the rental car company and even though I didn’t love the interaction there, I got through it.

What I’m most proud of in 2023 is being kinder to myself. My intention for 2023 was to love myself no matter what and to have my own back no matter what. And I think I made real progress there.

Of loving myself even if I made a mistake. Even if I spent money on something that turned out to be crap. Even if I hurt someone’s feelings unintentionally. Even if I wasn’t able to sleep and I had a busy work day in the morning.

The human brain if left to it’s own devices, focuses on the negative because it’s always looking for potential danger. But you can intentionally focus it on the positive.

So it’s your turn! Tell me what you’re proud of from yesterday and what you’re most proud of from all of 2023!

Hugs,

Bryn
