Sexy Somatics

If your goal is:

      • to fall in love, you probably want to feel love and lovable
      • more money in your savings account, you might want to feel secure
      • more clients, you probably want to feel smart, confident or helpful.

And the good news is those feelings are available now.

Now I’m not saying throw your goal in the garbage. I’m an ambitious fuck and I love that you have this beautiful goal.

But feeling lovable or safe or smart now will actually help you REACH YOUR GOAL FASTER.

So how do you do it?

The first step is to digest the emotions that are in your body now to make room for your ideal emotion.

And it should feel pleasurable.

Sometimes it might “hurt so good” in a kinky way but it should never make you tighten, collapse or drain your energy.

Start by letting your body choose the music. Does your body want something fast or slow? Loud or quiet? Pop, rock, country or metal?

You might need to turn on a few songs and see which one lands. Which one FEELS GOOD.

Once you’ve found a song you freaking love, start to move.

Lie on the ground, stretch or go wild to the music.

Your body knows how to digest emotion if you do what feels GOOD. Some days you might want to crawl under the covers and cry. Other days you’ll want to jump around like a maniac. Trust whatever comes up.

When the song ends, notice how you feel. Does your body want another song? Was that enough for now?

Keep listening to your body.

And then tune into your intuition and ask, “Is there anything I need to know about my goal?” And see what answers arise…
