According to a study by the Family and Work Institute, 89% of US employees agree somewhat or strongly that they never seem to have enough time to get everything done on the job. When the amount of work you need to do at work compounds with all the work you need to do in your personal life, this can lead to burnout.

Confession: in 2012, I burnt out…

It started with panic attacks… I would be lying in bed trying to sleep and hear a small noise and shoot out of bed. I was in a long distance relationship so I would call my boyfriend in a panic and he would tell me to call someone who was close by. Someone who could bike over and give me a hug and tell me everything was going to be okay.
